This page explains what Polyfox and this documentation are — and what they are not.

Information only — not investment advice

Everything in this documentation, in the Polyfox bot and on Polyfox web properties is informational. It describes how the software works. Nothing in it is investment advice, financial advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any prediction-market position, token or other asset. Decisions you make with the tool are yours.

Historical data, not a forecast

Any performance figure shown anywhere in Polyfox — Smart Wallet scores, PnL, win rates, leaderboard rankings, backtest results — is historical data, not a forecast. Past results, however long or consistent, do not predict future results. The Smart Wallet Score in particular is an abstract rating (50–100) computed from historical trades; it is not a recommendation to copy any wallet.

Risk of loss

Prediction markets are volatile. A position can lose part or all of its value; markets can resolve against you, move sharply, or become illiquid. Copy trading does not reduce these risks — it automates entering them at your chosen size. Do not trade funds you cannot afford to lose.

No Polymarket affiliation

Polyfox is an independent trading terminal built for use with Polymarket. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Polymarket. "Polymarket" is referenced only to describe interoperability.

Your keys and your responsibility

Polyfox wallets are standard on-chain accounts whose private keys you can export at any time (see Security). With that control comes responsibility: an exported key, a funds password, and the choice of deposit network are in your hands. Funds sent on an unsupported network cannot be recovered by anyone.

Your jurisdiction

Access to prediction markets is regulated differently around the world. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Polymarket and tools that access it is lawful where you live. Polyfox does not provide legal advice and does not represent that its use is permitted in any particular jurisdiction.

Fees and referral program

Polyfox charges a flat 1% fee per trade. The referral program shares a percentage of collected fees with referrers (see Referrals); it is a fee share, not an investment product, and confers no rights beyond that share.

Documentation accuracy

This documentation describes the product's behavior at the time of writing and is updated as the product changes. Where the product and these pages disagree, the product's own screens and confirmations are authoritative. Found a mismatch? Report it via 💬 Community in the bot.
