๐ค Auto Trade
Rule-based entries on recurring crypto UP/DOWN rounds โ set the conditions once, get notified on every entry, deactivate any time.
Auto Trade is a rule you set once: "if all my conditions line up in a round, enter with this fixed amount." The bot then does only what the rule says, even while you're away. If a condition isn't met, there is no entry. Every entry sends you a notification.
In 10 seconds
- Trades Polymarket's recurring crypto UP/DOWN rounds (e.g. BTC, ETH) by a rule you define.
- Enters only when all your conditions hold: trigger window, price band, optional spot-move range.
- Spends a fixed amount per entry and stops itself after your max entries โ never unbounded.
- Deactivate any time from ๐ My strategies; may run in paper mode during rollout โ the Auto Trade screen tells you when that applies.
What it trades
Auto Trade works on Polymarket's recurring crypto UP/DOWN rounds โ short, repeating markets on whether an asset (e.g. BTC or ETH) ends the round up or down. You pick the asset, the round interval, and which side to buy (Up or Down).
Setting up a strategy
- Pick what it trades: asset, round interval, and side, as above.
- Set the conditions that must all hold for an entry (below).
- Set the limits: bet per entry and max entries (below).
- Activate. Every triggered entry sends a notification; deactivate any time from ๐ My strategies.
The conditions you set
A strategy triggers only when all of its conditions hold at the same time:
- Trigger window โ how far into the round the entry may happen (e.g. between 30s and 1m 30s after the round opens).
- Share price band โ the minimum and maximum price of your chosen side (between 0 and 1). The bot won't chase a share priced outside your band.
- Spot move (optional) โ the asset's spot-price change since the round opened, as a USD range (e.g. only enter if BTC is down $50 or more).
The limits you set
- Bet per entry โ a fixed pUSD amount spent on each entry; this is the most the strategy spends per round.
- Max entries โ the strategy stops itself after this many successful entries. It cannot run unbounded.
- Failure alerts โ optionally get notified when an attempted entry fails (e.g. insufficient balance).
A complete rule, as an example of the format (not a suggested strategy): BTC hourly rounds, buy Down, enter between 30s and 1m 30s after the round opens, only if the Down share costs 0.40โ0.60, only if BTC has dropped $50 or more since the round opened, $2 per entry, stop after 10 entries. Every blank above is one of the settings on this page.
What you see
Every triggered entry sends a notification with the round, the amount spent, entry price, shares, and the potential payout if your side wins โ that payout figure is arithmetic on the entry price, not a prediction. You can deactivate any strategy at any time from ๐ My strategies; deactivation stops future entries immediately.
Paper mode
While Auto Trade is rolling out, strategies may run in paper mode: entries are simulated and you are notified as if they were real, but no order is placed and no money is spent. Check the Auto Trade screen before activating โ it states whether paper mode currently applies, so you always know whether your strategy trades real money.
What Auto Trade is not
It is not a ready-made profit strategy. Polyfox provides the automation; you provide the rule. No one can know in advance whether a given rule will perform well, and any results you observe are historical data, not a forecast. Also remember that frequent entries mean frequent trading fees โ factor turnover into any rule you set.
